Sam Kiser is the Lead Pastor of Crossroads, a multi-site church here on the central coast. He has been preaching Jesus for more than 16 years. He has a bachelor’s of science in biblical and theological studies from Liberty University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. Sam and his wife Sarah Dawn met in Kentucky where they grew up and have been married going on 10 years. They have three young boys and a little baby girl.

Tyler Ogletree

Lompoc Campus Pastor

Tyler, originally from Lompoc, has been serving the city for many years. Tyler graduated from New Hope Christian College in Eugene, OR with a degree in Biblical studies. Tyler has been married to his wife Rebecca for ten years! He’s been playing guitar since he was a teenager. In his free time Tyler enjoys hanging out with his wife around the valley, working on cars, and riding his Harley.

John Hill

Executive Pastor

Graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1986 with a BA in Business Economics. Worked in a local Santa Barbara firm in public accounting gaining experience for 11 years, then moved on to start his own Santa Ynez Valley practice in 1997. John and his wife Allison have been married for 33 years, with 4 children and 4 grandchildren.

Jill Hayes

Office Assistant

Jill and her husband Fred are long time residence and farmers on the central coast. Together they’ve raised four kids and a lot of cattle!! Jill is a huge blessing to our staff and helps make things run smoothly behind the scenes at Crossroads.

Sarah Kiser

Executive Assistant

Sarah has always dreamed of working in ministry alongside her husband. She’s usually found chasing their 4 energetic children throughout the church playground every Sunday morning. Sarah has spent the last 7 years as a homemaker and supporting the emotional and physical needs of their growing family from inside their home, however lately, she has found herself in the extremely fulfilling role of executive assistant to her husband, helping with the administrative needs of the church as well as the secretarial needs of the Lead Pastor. Sarah has a bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Louisville where she studied knowing all along one day, she would put her knowledge to work in the church.
